Patch 12.1, The Curse of Ula’tek, is going live on August 11 (NA) / August 12 (EU). If you are looking for things to do while waiting for the new patch, two Midnight dungeon mounts will temporarily become unobtainable!
Magister’s Terrace and Windrunner Spire Mounts Temporarily Unobtainable
With the release of Patch 12.1, the seasonal dungeon pool for Midnight Season 2 is becoming active. This means that Magister’s Terrace and Windrunner Spire will temporarily become inaccessible in Mythic (or Mythic+) difficulty.
Because of this, the two mounts you can obtain from these dungeons –
Lucent Hawkstrider (Magister’s Terrace) and
Spectral Hawkstrider (Windrunner Spire) – will not be able to be farmed for the duration of the season.

The easiest time to farm for these mounts is right now, as you can spam Mythic+ runs for both dungeons. Otherwise, Mythic dungeons are on a daily reset.
If you miss on any of these mounts, these mounts will become farmable again at the end of the expansion. It is currently unknown if either dungeon will be featured in a future season.
New Dungeon Mount in Midnight Season 2: The Writhing Brood
For those who like to dungeon farm for mounts, Midnight Season 2 will not leave you hanging! The new dungeon, the Altar of Fangs, has a new mount: You can obtain
The Writhing Brood from Zul’jan, the final encounter of the dungeon, in Mythic or Mythic+ difficulty.
If you have not obtained this mount in the past, the
Mummified Raptor Skull from King’s Rest can also be farmed in Mythic+.
