A new season means new Delves and a new Nemesis boss to conquer. Azta’rec is the new Nemesis and is located within the Venomfall Deeps delve in The Coiled Isle, the new zone in patch 12.1.
While the cap for the Fabled achievement and title was changed, the Nemesis boss will still offer uncapped crests as a reward, similar to previous seasons. These one-time reward crests will ignore and go over the weekly cap. You can also earn the crests even if the boss is killed in a group.
Week 1 – Patch Launch
The Nemesis boss will be available on ? difficulty the week the patch goes live, and defeating him will reward 30 uncapped 
Hero Mistcrest.
Week 2 – Season Launch
The following week, when the season launches, the Nemesis boss will be available on ?? difficulty, and defeating him will reward 30 uncapped Hero Mistcrest(60 if you did not defeat him on ? difficulty) as well as 30 uncapped
