Week 3 Omnium Folio Abilities
Each week, you will need to complete a new quest at Magister’s Terrace to earn a
Mote of Omnial Inquiry, unlocking a new point for your Omnium Folio talent tree. The Omnium Folio menu can be accessed from your minimap.
Note that unlocking a Mote of Omnial Inquiry on one character unlocks it for your entire account. So, you only need to do this questline once.

The third unlock for the Omnium Folio is the only one without a choice node. Instead, your Core Rune ability is buffed with an additional DOT/HOT effect onto targets hit.
| Unlock Week | Ability Choices |
|---|---|
| Week 3 | – Rune of Lingering: The effects of your Core Rune leave behind a periodic effect that deals 2,745 Cosmic damage or restores 4,116 Health over 8 seconds, based on whether the target is an enemy or ally. Your Core Rune favors hitting targets that are unaffected by Rune of Lingering. |
How to Complete Week 3 of the Omnium Folio Questline
To obtain your third Mote of Omnial Inquiry, you must return to the Sunstrider Omnium Folio location inside Magister’s Terrace and pick up the quest Seeking Knowledge Week 3 of 5: Leyline Assaults. This quest requires participating in Void Incursions.
You’ll need to loot five
Dark-Ley Coalescence, contained inside
Field Pouches and
Field Satchels. These are rewards from completing Void Strikes (for Field Pouches) and the final Void Incursion (for Field Satchels).
With that, to complete this quest, you will need to participate in five Void Strikes/Incursions. Void Incursions are happening in Zul’Aman this week!
