We have more 12.1 notes for the week! After the big class tuning pass announced earlier, we have some changes to it. First off, there’s a Housing reset, but players can restore their houses with the import feature. Then there’s the Unholy DK changes. It seems the specs strength was enhanced by a bug that was resolved, and so the nerfs announced didn’t need to be as big. The overall nerf was reduced by 5% down to 3% and the issue making the spec too good was fixed.
Additional updates to the Curse of Ula’tek PTR:
HOUSING
- Housing has been wiped and now houses can be imported with your live house’s level and current XP. To import your house use the Character Copy tool from the Character Select screen and select “Copy Account Data”.
- Blueprints are available for testing once again.

- Developers’ notes: In an upcoming hotfix to the PTR, we’re resolving a bug that affected Unholy Death Knight’s tuning and making additional adjustments to our latest tuning pass as a result.
- The overall damage reduction from our latest tuning pass has been adjusted from 8% to 3%.
- Resolved an issue causing Nazgrim’s Conquest to grant additional Strength when Magus of the Dead is sacrificed for Lord of the Dead.
- Nazgrim’s Conquest will no longer grant Strength from critters and low level targets.
