We have a new No.1 in the top percentiles and we see the only Hunter spec not at the very bottom fall a little. The new patch and belt didn’t change too much, but Mythic+ is always slower to change than the raid.
Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing. This means that they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor. It is a much, much smaller factor, however. It grants only a few points for significantly faster completions compared to just any in-time finish. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity. This means that the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
95th percentile DPS
We have a new No.1! Now, it’s not exactly a revolutionary change, as Unholy hops one spot up and dethrones Balance, but it’s still something! The next shift we see in in 6th place, where the most popular spec moves past Assassination. Elemental is also moving on up, taking Marksmanship down and placing it in a Shaman sandwich. The other two Hunter specs remain at the very bottom, joined this time by Frost instead of Fire Mage, although the more combustible one isn’t far away.
All Percentiles
Unholy was already on top of the generalist chart so no changes here. Marksmanship drops even more here, letting both Feral and Outlaw through and landing in 7th. Elemental also drops off a couple of spots, as Arms and Augmentation move past it, the latter gaining a big 4 spots to land in 10th!
Specific Keys
Windwalker drops off in 7s as Havoc rises everywhere, even taking the top spot in 10s. Outlaw makes a name for itself in 12s, while Feral takes over in 15s.

Very High Key Raw DPS Numbers
Note: We’re also taking a look at the raw damage numbers from Mythicstats. They take the top runs for extremely high keys (+13-19) from WarcraftLogs and list the overall DPS for the dungeon, which includes non-combat time as well. They’re ranked by the average DPS numbers, with the very top of the top shown next to it.
In the high-key raw DPS charts we see Assassination actually killing it, rising two spots and moving past Ret and Arcane. Marksmanship drops the same amount to the final top 10 spot.
