WoW’s November Trading Post Has Players Questioning Blizzard’s Priorities

With the launch of WoW Forever looming on the horizon, there have been many allegations flying around about the state of Retail, and whether Blizzard is abandoning ship. And after this month’s Trading Post, the allegations are not going away any time soon.

November Trading Post Blunder

November is the second month in a row where Blizzard has not posted news to announce the new stock—and this month has left rather a lot to be desired.

The new Hot Motocross Bunmover 4400 iconHot Motocross Bunmover 4400 and Hot Motocross Bunmover 4600 iconHot Motocross Bunmover 4600 mounts seem to have been released before they were entirely finished. As shown in @PaladinBeans video below, the wheels do not spin, the front wheel clips into the ground, and most races do not sit in the correct position on the mount.

After September’s spectacular array of returning goods, we are all glad for a couple of Tender-saving months. However, this is far below Blizzard’s usual standards.

Of course, there’s an obvious explanation: WoW Forever. Forever launches in two days, and all hands are on deck. But hopefully, after the game launches and servers are stable, we’ll see some resources returning to Retail.

But until then, we don’t think the Trading Post is Blizzard’s biggest concern.
