HoYoverse just ended the Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.7 Special Program, and the update itself is full of new content, Agents, generous rewards, and more! For those who have been saving up for the Angels of Delusions, the last member is finally here, and you can get ready for some more amazing squads and content with them!

Version 2.7 – Champions Never Fall to the Past
During the stream, the new trailer for version 2.7 was released, and it clearly indicates where the story is heading this time! The show also started with a small interview of the Angels of Delusions trying to promote their group, and it is adorable! It turns out Sunna even wrote a new song for Nangong Yu!
The Angels are not the only ones who get special treatment this time! The new officer in town, Cissia, is also joining the Proxy’s ranks.
After Gilded Carrot day comes the Hollow Champion competition, and as a Legendary Proxy, this is your chance to prove you are the best one! But the competition will be high: everyone wants to participate, and everyone wants to win. Some people are even ready to do anything, so you will have to be careful.
On top of that, new Ethereals have appeared that have almost no ethereal activity, and Cissia will have to investigate the case. The Sons of Calydons might also need your help with some old faction members gone rogue.

Version 2.7 Banners and Signal Searches
The new banners will start soon, and here are all the agents you will be able to pull for in the next few weeks! As always, they all come with their Signature W-Engine as well:
- Nangong Yu – Ether Stun Agent, and the lead Dancer of the Angels of Delusion
- Recovers Downbeats automatically as time goes on
- When Squad members inflict Anomaly on an enemy, it will also give Nangong Yu Downbeats
- With enough Downbeats, she can launch up to 3 charged attacks that can accumulate massive Daze, extend enemy stun duration, and increase her own anomaly buildup rate
- Her Ultimate increases all Squad members’ ATK
- She can also increase the squad’s anomaly buildup rate under certain conditions
- Cissia – Electric Attack Agent, member of the Public Security
- Can rapidly attack enemies with her spear
- Upon entering the battlefield, Cissia gains 3 points of Venom that are automatically consumed over time
- When a Venom point is consumed, it deals Electric DMG to enemies and increases Cissia’s CRIT Rate for a while
- When launching her EX Special, she can gain Venom points back
- Her Ultimate and Chain Attack can also replenish Venom
Of course, each phase also brings back previous Agents! During version 2.7, you can also obtain the following Agents and their signature W-Engines:
New Outfits
After the version 2.7 update, you will have the possibility to obtain Nangong’s new outfit called “Rhapsody’s Muse.” This outfit will only be available for purchase in the shop.
New Events in Version 2.7
Several new events will roll out throughout the version:
- Chronicle of Simmering Flavors – Thousand flavors across the lands, simmering hot, gathering all delicacies of Ridu in this pot. Check in and favorite for a free plate of brown sugar rice cakes.
- Enjoy the fun of making your own Hot Pots!
- This event rewards you with the new Hot Pot Chef’s A-Rank W-Engine
- Special Disaster Control Squad – Alongside all friends walking the path of teamwork… All disasters in the Hollow will be resolved!
- Complete the special mission from HSO
- Low levels of Ethereals have appeared, and they need to be checked out
- Use 3 teams in specific relay battles
- Old Friends, New Commissions – All these old friends we have worked with before gathered in Fairy’s commission list… After a “long time no see,” it’s time to get work started!
- Team up with old friends and complete various commissions
- Adventure Footage Freeze Frame – Important footage restoration is currently underway!
- Repair a Bangboo who entered the Hollow alone
- This is the usual puzzle event where you have to place the picture’s puzzles in order to recreate the image properly
- Charge! Battle Against the Negative Reviews – Ridu’s top-tier reviewer is here!
- All the shops are getting review bombed, and you need to figure out what is happening!
- Advanced Bounty: Area Patrol

- HIA Simulated Battle Trial update – Battle Trial: Tidal Wave
- Shiyu Defense update: after clearing the 5th floor of Shiyu Defence, you will now be able to see your own ranking
- Two new Drive Discs
- Bunny in Wonderland – HP+10%
- Notes From the Chained – ICE DMG +10%
- On the Profil page, frequently used features have been consolidated at the bottom of the page
- Title updates
