Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred Official Patch Notes Are Out

The patch notes for the Lord of Hatred expansion and Season 13: Season of Reckoning are now live. The notes include a long list of bug fixes and quality of life improvements, as well as information on the changes coming to gems, but don’t go into detail on any of the other major changes coming to Diablo 4.

Gems will now add different types of multiplicative damage bonuses when socketed into weapons. For example, emeralds will now grant poison damage instead of critical strike damage.

The Tower will be renamed ‘The Artificer’s Tower’ and will no longer just be a place for players to get their names on a leaderboard for bragging rights, but will also provide loot!
