Season 15 has added myriads of secrets to the game, with one of them being the continuation of the Secret Cow Level. While the Cow Level was initially discovered with the Lord of Hatred launch, the secrets did not end there. Season 15 has added the world boss encounter: Moophisto, the Divine Bovine.

But that’s not all; many cosmetics were added as well, including the Bovine Armor set, a hidden pet, and a mount trophy.
Here is how to obtain them:
The Bovine Armor Set
- Head of the Bovine – Dropped by the Complete Nut in the Diablo Hellfire – Outskirts of Tristram Waking Nightmare. Can be found as a rift in the outdoor world.
- Brisket of the Bovine – Dropped by Moophisto, the Divine Bovine.
- Foreshanks of the Bovine – Unknown
- Sirloin of the Bovine – Dropped by the Cow King in the Secret Cow Level.
- Hooves of the Bovine – Can be fished on the secret island accessed via the Secret Cow Level.
Marquis Milky
Maqruis Milky is a hidden pet that can drop from Moophisto, the Divine Bovine.
Figment of Imoogination
The Figment of Imoogination is a mount trophy that is guaranteed to drop on your first kill of Moophisto, the Divine Bovine.
