- The conclusion of our adventures in Tural
- Echoes of Vana’diel Alliance Raids
- Futures Rewritten (Ultimate), with another possibly in Patch 7.5 👀
- Introduction of Chaotic Alliance Raids
- Cosmic Exploration
- Occult Crescent and Phantom Relic Weapons

The Rising 2025 Event Details
This year’s The Rising event runs until Thursday, September 11th at 7:59 AM (PDT). So as of this writing, you have a little over two weeks to complete the event! Be sure to pick up all of the limited-time rewards before they go away!
How to Unlock The Rising Event
Players can begin this year’s seasonal event by talking with the Wandering Minstrel in Limsa Lominsa, not Ul’dah. You can accept the NPC’s quest An Adventurous Ambition by the Upper Decks at (X:11.3, Y:13.7).
To accept the quest, you’ll need to have the following:
- At least Level 15 on any job or class,
- Access to Limsa Lominsa, Lower Decks, and
- Access to Lower La Noscea (Flying Recommended!)
If you’re a Free Trial player, you can also participate too! Access to Limsa Lominsa is available to any new character who starts out as a Marauder or Arcanist. You can also access the City-State by completing your respective Level 15 Main Scenario Quest:
- The Gridanian Envoy (if your starting City-State is Gridania)
- The Ul’dahn Envoy (if your starting City-State is Ul’dah)
This is also true for seasonal events in other City-States after completing The Lominsan Envoy.
Once you accept the Wandering Minstrel’s quest, you’ll need to travel around Lower La Noscea to progress. We recommend having flying unlocked for easy navigation! Flying in A Realm Reborn zones is automatically unlocked upon completing the Patch 2.0 Level 50 main scenario quest “The Ultimate Weapon“.
Be sure to set aside some reading time, as The Rising events include a personal message from Naoki Yoshida, the producer for Final Fantasy XIV.
What is The Rising 2025 Reward?
After completing the seasonal event, players will receive a seasonal achievement, as well as a Wind-up Gulool Ja Ja minion! This free minion is available only for a limited-time, so don’t miss out!
If you don’t obtain the minion by Thursday, September 11th, Wind-up Gulool Ja Ja will be unable to obtain for a whole year. After The Rising 2026 begins, the minion will be added to the Online Store, at the following prices:

Online Store Sale for 2025
To celebrate the 12th Anniversary, players can enjoy a 30% discount on items from the Online Store! These items range from various item bundles, Ceremony of Eternal Bond plans, Fantasia vials, and even story/job skips!
During the sale period, the following items are not discounted:
- All Seasonal Event items except from The Rising
- Individual items from discounted bundles (Dyes, Weapons, Emotes)
- All Online Store-exclusive items introduced from April 16th to August 27th, 2025
