Square Enix has brought Final Fantasy XIV to MCM Comic Con London this weekend, promoting the upcoming Evercold expansion slated to release at the beginning of 2027.
The booth features a replica of the giant serpent statue located in Naglfar, the Realmship of Water as well as the Evercold key art featuring Estinien, Alphinaud and the Warrior of Light. Players can even wield a replica of the WoL’s scythe alongside the statue as a special photo opportunity.

Participating in this photo opportunity and sharing the photo to social media also rewards attendees with a free Evercold cap. While many players were taking the opportunity to queue up and have a photo, the wonderful team managing the booth did confirm that there will be caps distributed across all three days of the event.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Trilogy Also Makes an Appearance
Square Enix was showcasing more than just Final Fantasy XIV, however. They also featured the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy, with exclusive 15-minute screening windows of an extended trailer for Final Fantasy VII Revelation, set to release in 2027. The trailer features additional footage not available in the publicly released trailers with recordings not being allowed. Attendees also recieve a free bag for participating.
Alongside the trailer screenings, there was also a dedicated area featuring a demo of the other games in the trilogy on the Nintendo Switch 2.
For Warriors of Light visiting MCM Comic Con London this weekend, be sure to check out booth N1500 situated between the Nintendo and Ubisoft booths. Whether you’re looking to grab an exclusive Evercold cap, take a photo with the replica scythe, or catch some additional Final Fantasy VII footage, it’s worth stopping by while the event is running.
