Final Fantasy XIV Patch 7.55 brought plenty of major additions to the game, but one small item change may prove to be extremely profitable for dedicated Fishers.
One small addition to the patch notes was a change to the Magic Bucket minion: it is now tradeable.
More importantly, players have also discovered that the minion can now be listed and sold through the Market Board, meaning that the game also removed its Market Prohibited restriction.

How to Catch the Magic Bucket Minion
As with all things fishy, expert fisher Fruity Snacks has the perfect video guide for players looking for information on how to get this tricky minion to bite.
Start Farming Before Prices Drop
As with any newly available collectable, the Magic Bucket is likely to be at its most valuable immediately after the patch. This minion can truly be hard to get, even when you know exactly what to do simply as a result of having such a low bite rate.
While Market Board prices will naturally vary between different servers, this is still a great opportunity to make some gil while prices are high, even if you just cast while waiting for queues to pop.
Just remember to also keep one for yourself if you have not already unlocked it. After all, there are few companions more endearing than a mobile pet fish kept in a bucket!
