The Genshin Impact Luna II Livestream unveiled exciting new 5-star and 4-star weapons from Nod-Krai, set to debut in the Version 6.1 Luna II Update on October 22, 2025.
Here’s everything we know so far about these upcoming weapons “An Elegy for Faded Moonlight” so you can decide whether they’re worth saving your Primogems for!
What New 5-Star Weapon is Coming in Luna II?
The new 5-Star Weapon arriving in Luna II is Reliquary of Truth (Catalyst) which has a Base ATK of 542 and CRIT DMG of 88.2% at Level 90 Ascension.
Effect: Essence of Falsity
“CRIT Rate is increased by 8/10/12/14/16%. When the equipping character unleashes an Elemental Skill, they gain the Secret of Lies effect: Elemental Mastery is increased by “80/100/120/140/160” for 12s. When the equipping character deals Lunar-Bloom DMG to an opponent, they gain the Moon of Truth effect: CRIT DMG is increased by 24/30/36/42/48% for 4s. When both the Secret of Lies and Moon of Truth effects are active at the same time, the results of both effects will be increased by 50%.”

In addition to the 5-Star Weapon Reliquary of Truth (Catalyst) we will also be seeing the following new 4-Star Weapons that will be featured on the Weapon Banner:

- Sacrificer’s Staff (Polearm)
- Moonweaver’s Dawn (Sword)
Overview Featuring the Upcoming 4-Star Weapons in Genshin Impact
One of the new 4-Star Weapons coming in the next update is Dawning Frost (Catalyst) which has a Base ATK of 510 and CRIT DMG of 55.1% at Level 90.
Effect: Nocturnal Dreams
“For 10s after a Charged Attack hits an opponent, Elemental Mastery is increased by 72/90/108/126/144. For 10s after an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, Elemental Mastery is increased by 48/60/72/84/96.”
Another exciting new 4-Star Weapon we can see arriving on the Weapon Banner soon is the Sacrificer’s Staff (Polearm) which has a Base ATK of 620 and CRIT Rate of 9.2% at Level 90.
Effect: Untainted Desire
“For 6s after an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, ATK is increased by 8/10/12/14/16% and Energy Recharge is increased by 6/7.5/9/10.5/12%. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.”
Lastly we will see a new 4-Star Sword added to the list of new weapons arriving in Luna II which features Moonweaver’s Dawn (Sword) which has a Base ATK of 565 and ATK of 27.6% at Level 90.
Effect: Secret Silver’s Testament
“Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 20/25/30/35/40%. When the equipping character’s Energy Capacity does not exceed 60/40, their Elemental Burst DMG is increased by an additional 16%/28%, 20%/35%, 24%/42%, 28%/49%, 32%/56%.”
