If you play Neverness to Everness, you should start checking your in-game mailboxes, as Hotta Studio has officially begun rolling out compensation following the server instability issues that appeared shortly after the Version 1.1 launch.
The update introduced a large amount of new content, including Lacrimosa, the Porsche collaboration event, a new story chapter, and the Sunward Island region. However, some players experienced login problems, connection issues, and other technical problems during the first hours after maintenance ended.
To apologize for the disruption, the developers announced a compensation package for all eligible Appraisers.
What Compensation Are You Receiving?
According to the official notice, every eligible player will receive:
- Fabricated Dice ×10
- Floe Cinema Ticket ×3
The rewards are being delivered through the in-game mail system. To qualify, you just need to create a character and unlock the Mail feature before Version 1.1 comes to an end. This means that yes, if you are a new player, you will also receive these rewards!
The compensation distribution started on June 4, meaning you should already have received the rewards.
The developers also stated that they are continuing to investigate the remaining stability problems, and if you are still experiencing login issues, missing data, or other technical problems, please contact customer support!
