Update: Blizzard also increased the duration of Troll’s 
Berserking from 10 seconds up to 15 seconds!
As part of their Final Racial Tuning, Blizzard has announced some additional changes to Orcs, Undead, and Skyborne in WoW Forever.
Orcs are getting a buff to their 
Blood Fury, with a cooldown reduction from 3 minutes to 2 minutes. This is a reversion from the previous cooldown increase. Undead’s 
Touch of the Grave racial will have its internal cooldown reduced from 25 seconds to 15 seconds. This will allow the passive to proc more frequently, giving Undead more opportunities to drain their enemies’ life. Finally, the Skyborne racials 
Read Leyline and 
Skysight will persist through death in the open world, but their hour-long “Attuned” and “Charged” versions will be removed when the character enters a raid.

We’ve updated the previous post in this thread with some additions that were intended to be listed.
Additional updates to Racial Abilities and Talents include:
Orc
- Blood Fury’s cooldown reduced to 2 minutes (was 3 minutes).
Troll
- Berserking duration increased to 15 seconds (was 10 seconds).
Undead
- Touch of the Grave internal cooldown reduced to 15 seconds (was 25 seconds).
We’d also like to clarify that for Skyborne:
- Charged persists through death, and is removed upon entering a raid.
- Attuned persists through death, and is removed upon entering a raid.
