Shortly after the WoW Forever beta went live, Blizzard announced that a “Server Slam” would become available at a later date. Blizzard stated that during this Stress Test, anyone will be able to check out WoW Forever.

At a later point during the test period, we’ll also open the servers for several hours so that anyone can access the WoW: Forever beta during that window for a “Server Slam.” We’ll share more details to closer to the test period.
While the official details have not been shared yet, a new “WoW: Forever – Stress Test” has become available for download on the Battle.net Launcher. Additionally, it appears that this Server Slam will take place on October 19th!
This Stress Test is sure to be a lag fest, but if you’re curious about what all the hype is about, this will be your chance to check out WoW Forever for free before the game officially goes live on November 4th.
