Blizzard has enabled the two new house types in the Patch 12.1 PTR: Autumnal Westfall Barn Facade and Springtime Westfall Barn Facade.
To unlock them, you must buy their plans from either Jorvan Longmoor or Rotha at the Alliance or Horde neighborhoods. Each costs 200 
Community Coupons.
These new types work similarly to the treehouses, as they aren’t customizable like baseline houses. Below you can see a video preview of both.
