Patch 11.2.5 is set to land on October 7 (at least according to the in-game calendar, which hints at Legion Remix starting that day). Shortly after the patch goes live, Blizzard’s introducing another Turbo Boost event, where players can grind Puzzling Cartel Chips for vendor gear. But this time, Blizzard’s sliding in something that will help alts catch up with gear even more!
Catalyst Charges Catch-Up
For the first time ever, 
Ethereal Voidsplinters, the Seaosn 3 Catalyst charges, are getting a catch-up and will start dropping from Mythic+, the Manaforge Omega raid, Delves, and Rated PvP when Turbo Boost starts on live servers.
This change was also noted in the official 11.2.5 development notes.
- Ethereal Voidsplinters may be earned in Mythic+ dungeons, Manaforge Omega, Delves, and rated PvP to fuel the Catalyst.
