This might be old news to some players, but just in case you missed it, you can use the ping system to direct Valeera’s attacks in Delves and Follower Dungeons. Even now, there are a lot of players who never knew this was possible, and it makes quite a big difference for your runs.
How It Works
Ping an enemy, and Valeera will prioritize it. The default ping key is G, though you can check or change it in your keybinds. Keep in mind, though, that you cannot ping a location to reposition her, only enemies to direct her attacks.

Still Far From Perfect
Even with pings, Valeera has a talent for chaos. She breaks stealth to pull packs you planned to skip. She jumps on CC’d targets mid-pull. She shadowsteps to a random mob the moment combat starts and sometimes drags a patrol along for the ride.
The ping trick does not fix all of that, but it at least gives you some control over where her attention goes. For higher-tier Delves especially, that small amount of control can save a run.
