Week 4 Omnium Folio Abilities
Each week, you will need to complete a new quest at Magister’s Terrace to earn a 
Mote of Omnial Inquiry, unlocking a new point for your Omnium Folio talent tree. The Omnium Folio menu can be accessed from your minimap.
Note that unlocking a Mote of Omnial Inquiry on one character unlocks it for your entire account. So, you only need to do this quest once.
The fourth unlock for the Omnium Folio grants you a choice of a Secondary Stat proc whenever your Core Rune ability triggers. This effect scales with your gear, making this by far the strongest talent choice for the Omnium Folio!

How to Complete Week 4 of the Omnium Folio Questline
To obtain your third Mote of Omnial Inquiry, you must return to the Sunstrider Omnium Folio location inside Magister’s Terrace and pick up the quest Seeking Knowledge Week 4 of 5: Magical Primessence. You can obtain a Magical Primessence from a lot of sources:
- The final boss of any Midnight dungeons or delves.
- Rotmire in the Sporefall raid.
- The
Illustrious Contender’s Strongbox, sold with Honor by Captain Dawnrunner in Silvermoon.
If you have the 3,500 Honor to spare, the Illustrious Contender’s Strongbox is by far the fastest way to obtain your Primessence. Remember, the Honor currency is Warband-bound! Otherwise, you can obtain it quickly by running any Tier 1 Delve.
