Artisanal Room Plans have finally hit the PTR, and it seems Player Housing enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to!
In Patch 12.1, Jorvan Longmoor and Rotha, the NPCs related to house upgrades, will be offering 18 new Artisanal Room Plans for between 50 to 75 
Community Coupons. These are themed rooms, adding unique structural elements from stages and staircases, to a temple complete with a water pool.
These rooms do come with a few limitations, in that you cannot change the wall or ceiling textures. Similar to the Daylight/Evening Circle Rooms, these rooms are also dead ends, with no option to add other adjoining rooms to them.

Thankfully, these rooms will be released alongside Blueprints in Patch 12.1. Blueprints are the new import/export feature for Player Housing, allowing players to save and share their current builds. So if the new Artisanal Room Plans have inspired you to start fresh, you won’t have to worry about losing what you’ve already built!
