With a recent hotfix this week, Blizzard has fixed an issue preventing the Overcoming the Unknown: Rage-Riddled Drifter world quest from spawning. The issues with this world quest were preventing players from completing 
Uprising.
Without being able to complete Uprising, players couldn’t complete 
Slayer’s Mastery and earn the Voidslayer title.
Since the change, the World Quest seems to have been correctly integrated into the Voidstorm rotation, appearing around once a day. You can see the historical data for the World Quest below, courtesy of Today in WoW. Despite tracking since before the start of the expansion, you can see the first appearance of the quest this week.
Previously, the World Quest was only available to a select few characters, seemingly at random. This should make it easier for players looking to complete Uprising and Slayer’s Mastery without rotating through alts.
