This Venomous Abyss Curio Makes Picking Tier Pieces Way Easier

Ever since Dragonflight, Omnitokens have been part of planning for raid loot. We’re taking a look at the Slumbering Coil Curio, the omnitoken for the Venomous Abyss raid, in this post!

What is the Slumbering Coil Curio?

Slumbering Coil Curio is the omnitoken from the Venomous Abyss raid. Like all previous omnitokens, you can loot it from Ula’tek, the final boss of the raid. A number of Omnitokens roll on every difficulty, and all classes can roll for it.

What Can You Buy with the Slumbering Coil Curio?

Omnitokens are used to buy a tier piece of your choice. Once looted, don’t let it sit in your bags, as these are unique and you will not be able to loot a second one while you have an unspent omnitoken in your bags.

To spend your Slumbering Coil Curios, head to Kirana. With Patch 12.1, she has been relocated to Silvermoon, next to the Catalyst. She sells all tier pieces of your choice for both Venomous Abyss and the past Midnight Season 1 raids.

Each tier piece from curios costs 1 curio, and it has the original tier stats.

The gear’s item level scales depending on what raid difficulty you were in when defeating Ula’tek and obtaining it.

Reminder that although Ula’tek drops higher item level pieces than normal on Mythic difficulty, the tier tokens obtained from a Mythic-difficulty Curio will match the tier’s original item level.
