The WoW Secret Finding & Collections Discord have uncovered the first secret of Patch 12.1!
Players can get their hands on an adorable little snake pet, 
Slitherfang, from the new Altar of Fangs dungeon—just in time to add him to your house!
To obtain this pet, you’ll need a full group to complete a ritual inside the Mythic version of Altar of Fangs. Here’s the message from Bellzzar, who figured out the secret with their guild mates.
The Ritual
After killing the first boss, players will find interactable objects around the first boss arena. One player must interact with the 
Ritual Reagent, while the other four take the 
Reversal Charms.
Next, defeat the second boss, after which an Ascendant Serpent will appear with four totems. Clear the trash but DO NOT touch the totems. The four players who took the Reversal Charms then stand next to the four totems, whilst the Ritual Reagent player goes to the serpent mob.
Once in position, an extra action button will appear. While targeting the mob, the Ritual Reagent player uses theirs first, followed by the four Reversal Charm players. The mob will then transform into Slitherfang, and you can click to claim your pet.
