What are Moonfall Silvers?

A silver crystal as pure and pristine as moonlight. It possesses almost perfect elemental affinity.
In the legacy of the Frostmoon Scions, these crystals were born five hundred years ago alongside the Moon Maiden, and were believed by the Moonchanter at the time to be a gift from the moon, hence the name “Moonfall Silver”. However, in older documents written by Snezhnayan chroniclers, the descendants of the golden realm were already using secret silver woven by the Frostmoon thousands of years in the past. The threads that connect these two tales are unclear — the only certain thing is that these crystals make excellent elemental conductors in the eyes of Nod-Krai’s craftspeople.
Who Uses Moonfall Silver
As of Genshin Impact Version Luna II, only Lauma and Nefer currently require Moonfall Silver to level up. Here are how many Moonfall Silvers you’ll need per character:

Finding Moonfall Silver is Very Easy
Finding Ascension materials is now very easy, as Genshin Impact has provided this feature since Version 5.0. All you have to do is select “Go to collect” from the item in your inventory! On your map, this will automatically reveal nearby locations where you can collect materials.
How to Make Gathering Moonfall Silver Easier? Nod-Krai Local Specialty Markers!
As of Version Luna II, Aino, Lauma, and Flins can mark the location of Local Specialty items in Nod-Krai. These locations will be displayed on the mini map in game, so you don’t have to pull up the map or inventory every time!
