Flins best weapon is as expected their signature Bloodsoaked Ruins, with there being a range of valid options. Prospector's Shovel is the net F2P Nod Krai weapon making it a generally good baseline for Flins.
Flins best artifact set is Night of the Sky's Unveiling which releases with 6.0. If you want to pre-farm an artifact set for Flins, Gilded Dreams or even just 2x 2-Piece ATK % are your next best options. These are a great starting point for building Flins as it may take a few weeks to get better pieces from the new domain.
Build Flins with ATK%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG and a little Energy Recharge but specifics can change so give yourself options with pre-farming pieces.
