How Travelers’ Tales Works
For those unfamiliar, Travelers’ Tales is a character interaction event where you are tasked with visiting different characters daily. Upon finding them, Travelers can interact with the characters, who will share surprising and unique anecdotes, adding more depth to their backstories and connections within the world of Teyvat.
The characters will be immediately marked on the map, allowing you to easily locate them by following their character icons. They will spawn at random locations, with a daily limit of five interactions. Even more interestingly, it will be possible to visit the same character multiple times in different locations, with each visit providing new dialogue and anecdotes.
Special Conditions and Uncertainty
The leaks suggest that there may be special conditions required for certain characters to appear on the map. For example, some might only show up after completing daily commissions or other specific in-game tasks. However, it remains unclear if the overall event mechanics will function identically to previous versions of Travelers’ Tales.
