Blizzard Is 3D Printing a Mysterious Night Elf Weapon Hours Before WoW Forever

We are only a few hours away from the launch of WoW Forever, and Blizzard continues to build hype leading to the game’s release… Now, with the building of a mysterious weapon on a “secret” livestream!

Blizzard is Teasing A Weapon on A Livestream

In an ongoing (at the time of posting) stream exclusive to the Warcraft Twitch channel, Blizzard is working on what seems to be a Night Elf-themed weapon. The stream showcases tools such as Filament and Resin 3D Printers to work on the seemingly life-size weapon.

The stream also has an ominous title, Camelot_reveal v2_final.mp4, making it seem like this is footage that was not yet supposed to reach the public. This is also supported by the fact that this stream is happening only on Twitch.

Here are a few stills of the stream:

So, What is This Weapon Supposed to Be?

Players who have been paying attention to the recent Forever Promotion may recognize this weapon. In the WARPATH AMV video, a Skyborne Druid can be seen wielding a staff suspiciously close to this one near the end of the video.

The exact staff also shows up on the Skyborne Key Art currently featured on the Battle.net launcher!

There have been a few leaks reporting on a possible Healer-focused legendary Staff weapon coming in the future. Although leaks should always be taken with a grain of salt, the fact that this weapon is themed after the Kaldorei and the prominence of Elf-centered content at the launch of Forever, with the Mount Hyjal zone and Barrow Deeps raid, means this specific leak may have just gained a lot of traction.
