Last-Minute Checklist: What to Do Before Midnight Season 1 Ends

Midnight Season 1 is almost over, and if you’ve been putting things off, now is the time to make your final push.

There are two important deadlines to remember. Competitive PvP Season 1 ends at 10:00 pm on the night before patch maintenance, while Mythic+ and the rest of Season 1 remain available until maintenance begins on 11th August (NA)/12th August (EU). Once the servers are back up, Midnight Season 2 will technically be underway in a pre-season state.

Here’s everything you can still finish until those deadlines arrive!

10:00pm the Night Before: Finish Your PvP Push

Deadline: 10:00pm the night before maintenance in your region.

For any seasonal PvP rewards like titles, achievements, rankings, and sets, this will be your deadline.

Also remember to spend your Conquest on completing any remaining Conquest sets, as this currency does not get transferred to Season 2. Honor and Conquest PvP sets will be available to purchase for Mark of Honor, but you’ll have to wait until The Last Titan for that!

Finish Your Mythic+ Push

Deadline: When maintenance begins in your region.

Mythic+ has a little longer than PvP, but not much. 10th/11th August is your final full day to push your rating. If you’re close to one of your seasonal milestones, check your rating and make that final push before the servers go down.

If you’re chasing a reward based on your final percentile, your position when maintenance begins is what matters.

Get Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge

Deadline: When maintenance begins in your region.

Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge for The Dreamrift, The Voidspire, and March on Quel’Danas will remain obtainable until maintenance begins.

Decor Duels

Deadline: When maintenance begins in your region.

Decor Duels will be retired with the 12.1 update, making 11th August/12th August the deadline to finish spending any Illusionary Coin. However, some rewards will remain obtainable for Voidlight Marl after the update.

A Goalden Opportunity

Deadline: When maintenance begins in your region.

If you haven’t completed the football-themed activity yet, head to the practice field near Thalassian University, equip the Tabard of Participation, and score three goals with the Kickable Practice Ball. You’ll earn the Goal! achievement along with its associated Housing rewards.

Finish Your Devle Goals

Deadline: When maintenance begins in your region.

If you’re still working on your Nullaeus achievements, make sure you’ve finished them before the servers go down. Check your progress on:

• My Shady Nemesis
• Lighting the Dark
• Let Me Solo Him: Nullaeus

These achievements are tied to defeating Nullaeus and reward the Nullaeus Domaneye, the “the Ominous” title, and the Arcanovoid Construct mount.

The Important Dates at a Glance

The biggest thing to remember is 18th/19th August is NOT your Season 1 deadline, so if there’s anything from Season 1 you’ve been meaning to finish, this is your last chance! Oh, and don’t forget to claim any Great Vault rewards before the reset!
