Season 2 of Midnight has brought back the three-week PvP questline introduced in Season 1 to encourage players to try out Training Grounds.
Training Grounds are matches against bots, meant to help players get acquainted with PvP gameplay. Midnight initially introduced Battleground training grounds, and Patch 12.1 added Arena training grounds.
Similar to Season 1, a PvP questline is available that requires players to win arenas or battlegrounds in the Training Grounds over three weeks. At the end of this questline, players are rewarded with a choice of a Hero-track neck or ring. The questline can be picked up from Archmage Aethas Sunreaver in Silvermoon.
Additionally, picking up the questline provides players with a 
Venomous Aspirant’s Medallion and a 
Venomous Aspirant’s Insignia of Alacrity. These two trinkets scale to 331 item level in PvP combat and help players get an early start with PvP gearing.
