Our writers’ verdict: “With all of these changes combined, this does successfully move a large amount of power outside of 
Void Metamorphosis and moves it to abilities cast outside of it. With these changes combined with the new Season 2 Tier Set, Annihilator has fallen slightly behind (largely due to the heavy impact on 
Collapsing Star), with Void-Scarred seeing significant improvements.”
