One of the biggest additions to Diablo 4 in Season 15 has been Old Tristram and the Pandemonium Event, which consists of facing the three Uber Prime Evils in a council boss fight to earn the powerful Hellfire Torch.
The reception to the secret event and the callback to earlier Diablo games has been overwhelmingly positive, and with the Season 16 PTR, it looks like all of these are here to stay.
Old Tristram will still be accessible from the Imperial Library in Caldeum via Cain’s Memory portal, along with its side-quests and hidden achievements.
The Uber Prime Evil boss fight will also be available, and similarly to other lair bosses, players will be able to start the encounter and, after defeating the Prime Evils, use a Wirt’s Lucky Coin to open the Hoard Chest.
Additionally, both the Hellfire Torch and Annihilus Seal will be available, offering powerful alternatives for your Talisman slots.
