Major Shakeups – It’s Hunter Time! Best Mythic+ Specs, Post-September-Tuning

The big tuning pass everyone’s been waiting for is here on NA servers and about half a day away for EU. Some of the buffs are pretty substantial, so we’re taking a look at how the dungeon charts will be affected, as there are some pretty major changes coming! Two Hunters are doing extremely well, with one grabbing the No.1 spot.

The DPS Changes

We have two entirely new entries in the S-tier! While Frost DK and Arcane keep their top-tier rankings, Beast Mastery’s hefty buffs bring it up all the way into first place from way down. We also see a spec move up a much smaller amount, as Elemental skips one tier up into the final S slot, gaining exactly one spot overall. Assassination drops from its very top spot, but doesn’t go too far, dropping 5 into the 2nd spot of the next tier. Unholy drops a whole lot more, a whopping 10 spots to 13th overall and A+ tier.

It’s a good week for Hunters as Marksmanship is also on the way up, mirroring Unholy’s fall, also moving 13 spots, but heading up into 5th and the top of Best-Candidate tier instead. Subtlety and Havoc move next to each other, as the Rogue moves two up while the DH drops one, but they both stay in the same tier.
