Patch 12.1 brings the second season of the Midnight expansion, and like previous tiers, it features a brand new raid. Let’s take a look at item levels for each boss and the vaults, as well as which boss drops tier sets, ahead of its release on August 18 (NA) / August 19 (EU).
Looking For Raid
Across LFR, Normal, and Heroic difficulties, the bosses award the same rank progression, but each difficulty rewards gear on a different track.
Midnight Season 2 made some big changes to the Great Vault and bonus rolls, rewarding players with one gear track higher. You can read the whole recap from our initial post. (Note: Bonus rolls will not be available from the vault until week 2.)

Mythic
Players will see a slight change for Mythic difficulty. The Great Vault and bonus rolls will offer players fully upgraded Myth track gear (Myth 6/6, item level 334).
New this season, Blizzard increased the rewards for the last two Mythic bosses heading into the season to compensate for their difficulty level. Loot, and any bonus rolls from those final two bosses, will drop as item level 344, or Myth 9/6 gear.

Slumbering Coil Curio from Ula’tek can only be traded for Myth track gear matching that tier piece original boss’s item level, NOT at Myth 9/6.Tier Sets
Five bosses throughout the raid drop tier pieces for certain slots. Ula’tek drops the Curio, allowing players to purchase a tier piece for a certain slot.
