FFXIV Players Have Until September 30 to Enter This Photo Contest

Hello, Warriors of Light! We hope you’re enjoying Patch 7.56 and the new Beastmaster job. That said, if you need to take a quick break from the Crucible of the Unbroken, you might have fun participating in the new FFXIV Instax contest!

“Beautiful Encounters in Final Fantasy XIV” is the theme for this year’s contest. Fourteen entries will be selected as the top winners. A select number of additional entries will also be recognized. If you’re still interested, we’ll tell you how to enter the contest and what the winners should expect.

How to Enter the FFXIV Instax Contest

Entering the contest shouldn’t take more than several minutes after you’ve taken your screenshots. While snapping a screenshot itself takes only a few moments, we suggest taking your time in determining a scenic location, your attire, pose, etc., before you start taking random photos.

When you’re ready, follow the steps below to enter the contest:

1. Go to the official FFXIV Instax contest page and answer the required questions about your age and location.
2. Choose your desired photo frame.
3. Upload your screenshot and adjust if necessary.
4. Download your photo, then click “Next.” The website will automatically send you to Twitter.
5. Attach the downloaded image to your tweet and add an enticing title.

Don’t remove or change the URL or any hashtags, as these are required for entry.

What’s In It for the Contest Winners?

Fujifilm will showcase the top 14 entries on the official campaign Twitter and website, in promotional videos, and at the 2026 Tokyo Fan Festival! Additionally, Fujifilm will feature select images not among the winning 14 on the official campaign website and at Tokyo Fan Fest.

If you do decide to participate, be aware that Fujifilm or Square Enix might use your submitted images in other Fujifilm or Square Enix promotions. These can include website content, social media posts, and in-person events.

While the contest doesn’t award in-game items, it should still feel very satisfying if your screenshot is one of the very few selected entries. Good luck and have fun, Warriors of Light! 📸
