Guardian takes the top spot, and Protection Warrior makes it to the top tier!

Healers in the Two Raids
The healers are very bloated in the middle, with all but two specs sitting in the A-tier. Only Preservation and Discipline made it out, with the Evoker coming out on top and Priest on bottom.
