It looks like that library you built in Player Housing just quietly gained some functionality!
Patch 12.1.5 has revisited the Lorewalking decor rewards, now giving players the ability to read these books in their homes! Here are all of the readable books currently in the game:

 Scroll of K’aresh’s Fall |
 Tome of Silvermoon Intrigue |
But the fun doesn’t stop there—Patch 12.1.7 is adding four new Lorewalking stories, with four new readable books coming later this year!
WoW’s Player Housing team are working hard to add more functionality to Player Housing, from allowing players to place their pets, showing off builds with Blueprints, or future features like being able to display transmog collections with mannequins, and the Housing Showcase!
Perhaps this is just the beginning for readable books, with customisable books and FFXIV-inspired message book stands also highly requested features.
