The Necromancer class in Diablo 4 has access to 23 different skills, each with two pairs of mutually exclusive Enhancements and three mutually exclusive Transformation variants, that in some cases may scale with Skill Ranks.

The new Lord of Hatred expansion Skill Tree unlocks in stages, permanently unlocking new skill clusters. For example, Necromancer Curses unlock at level 13, so from level 13 it is possible to refund all previously allocated skill points and start leveling skills starting from the Curses cluster right away (or anywhere above it).

Skill points from the Season Rank System or Renown do not affect Skill Tree progress and can be allocated to skill ranks you already unlocked.

Instead of forming a Blood Orb, Hemorrhage summons a Volatile Skeleton that deals [120%] damage.

When a splinter hits an enemy it causes a burst of shadow, dealing an additional [8%] damage.

Instead of piercing through, Bone Spear forks into 2 piercing spears each time it hits an enemy or wall, up to 2 times.

T15CovenSkeleton Mage’s maximum number of mages is increased by 2.
T15Gift of DeathSkeleton Mage is also a Corpse Skill and requires a Corpse to be raised.
Each active skeletal mage increases your Essence Regeneration by 50%[x].
T32SingularitySkeleton Mage will consume all of your remaining Essence on cast to raise a more powerful but temporary mage. The skeletal mage deals 3%[x] increased damage and lasts for 0.1 seconds for each point of Essence consumed.

Dismount Skill

While mounted, the Necromancer has access to a unique Dismount Skill that causes them to jump off the mount, slam the ground, and create a frontal cone of magic bones, slightly damaging enemies in the area. Players struck by enemies are automatically dismounted.
