Grants Hootie 1 stack of when the current character attacks, up to 1 stack every 0.5s. Accumulating 4 stacks of triggers , dealing to enemies in an area around Hootie.
Only 1 Hootie can exist at a time. Casting again refreshes Hootie's duration. Hootie remains when switching characters.
