The Yo-kai Watch collaboration event is returning again to Final Fantasy XIV, giving players another opportunity to collect its many minions, weapon glamours, mounts, and other rewards. Gather One, Gather All! will run from August 4th until October 5th, 2026.
What Are the New Rewards Available?
For players who have completed previous iterations of the Yo-kai Watch event, the new items are 3 tabletop furnishings and an exclusive framer’s kit:
- Wibbly-wobbly Jibanyan
- Wibbly-wobbly Komasan
- Wibbly-wobbly USApyon

After befriending all 17 Yo-kai, these new items will be available to be purchased with MGP in the Gold Saucer like many of the previous event rewards.
Aside from these three furnishings, Square Enix has confirmed that the event will be identical to its previous appearances, unfortunately meaning no new weapons for the newer jobs.
How Can I Begin This Event?
Players who have not previously completed this event can begin by speaking to the Poor-heeled Youth in Ul’dah, Steps of Nald at (9.2, 9.1) and:
- Be at least Level 15
- Have completed The Gridanian Envoy, The Lominsan Envoy, or The Ul’dahn Envoy main story quest

After receiving the Yo-kai Watch, players can equip it and complete FATEs throughout A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, and Stormblood zones to earn medals. All regions in Heavensward and Stormblood grant medals. However, in ARR zones, only La Noscea, the Black Shroud, and Thanalan do.
Gain Legendary Medals to Unlock Weapons
Legendary Yo-kai Medals can be obtained by completing FATEs in the aforementioned zones with a Silver or Gold rating while having Yo-kai Minions out.
Each minion allows you to gain Legendary Yo-kai Medals corresponding to that minion that can be exchanged for a weapon themed after that minion. For example, the Shogunyan minion will give players the Paladin Sword and Shield.
You can check every minion’s eligible area in-game through the Yo-kai Medallium. We’ve also included this table of each zones drop what Legendary Medals, as well as what Jobs they correspond with:
