Was just wondering. When I have maelstrom weapon proced, should i favor Elemental Blast or Lightning Bolt for it?

There's a discussion about this in the Enhancement Feedback thread. In short: You shouldn't be waiting till you have 5 stacks to cast Elemental Blast. Use EB on cooldown, and cast Lightning Bolt based on how many spare stacks you have.
