So my guild hasnt cleared mogushan vaults yet, and were working on progression, with the vast knowledge of the forum, i collected Loshan, and the staff off of Sha of Fear, which should i use? my offhand is inscribed jade fan, or, here my wow-heroes.

now do know that it says i'm not hitcapped but w/expertise im at roughly 15.16% hit in game.

Any opinions?

Between Loshan, Terror Incarnate and Jin'ya, Orb of the Waterspeaker I would use the Jin'ya until you could get the Tornado-Summoning Censer
