Bratsche 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2015 So I don't have any naxx cards but I have all the BrM cards and I have 500 dust so I want to make some edits to my existing deck right now, I'm having trouble getting past rank 13. Eton145 10 Report post Posted August 28, 2015 Due to the sheer randomness of unstable portal and the rare use of Arcane intellect you might want to try replacing those 4 cards with more reliable minions. Instead of double Intellect many people play Piloted Shredder or if you wanted to steer more into control then you could craft a Big Game Hunter. For the double portal, with the amount of spells you have, why not try running kobald geomancer for extra spell efficiency or Dalaran aspirant since his spell dmg can stack Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

My Mage decks always include 2 for the card draw as there don't seem to be a whole lot of options for this with Mages. Arcane Intellect won't help your board. It was used because there were not enough good tempo cards, but now with TGT, it can (and maybe should) be swapped. Sottle added Rhonin, Poly:Boar, Effigy and spellslinger to his tempo mage deck. Since we're talking about a 3 mana spell, the swap should be either Poly:Boar or Spellslinger (since he already has one Effigy). Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Horn 20 Report post Posted August 29, 2015 You have the Azure Drakes for card draw. Other than that, I think you should not need them in this type of deck (definitely not two). I would disagree on the portal, however.
