[EU-Twisting Nether][H] <Dreamcatcher Reborn> HFC: 3/13 M, all players

1 post in this topic

<< Dreamcatcher >> was an established 25MAN PURELY guild on Lightning's Blade for TBC/Wrath/Cata earning noticeable ranks and then moved onto Tarren Mill EU for Pandaria, when we fought for top 200ish ranks.

http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/tarren-mill/Dreamcatcher/rating.tier15_25

NOW reforming at TWISTING NETHER as <<Dreamcatcher Reborn>>The roster consisted of many players who have/had exceptional experience, playing from MC days until now, clearing all content at the highest level, fighting for server 1sts. That being said it also consisted of a group of people who have jobs and other RL commitments making it a laid back and mature raiding environment. We are currently looking to fill in the gaps to re-raid.

Guild Aims

At this present time our goal is to clear the content as fast as possible, whilst at the same time enjoying the content together and sticking to set times as much as possible due to RL commitments. We DO NOT expect anything else outside of the set times but anything extra that we can push will be a bonus. Slowly adding to our roster old cores and looking for similar minded people, only looking to take on the very best people though, by all means best.Attitude, dedication, motivation for a well organised community needs to be there. However,we are not talking for extremely hardcore raiding, raid days/time wise,no way we would go back to that, still though we are very picky when it comes to recruiting.

Have fun while playing the game is also a thing we want to promote. That does not however mean that you are allowed to play at a low standard, playing at your very best and having fun at the same time is actually possible and it does not mean that our raiding standards are low.

Requirements

  • Attendance: 100% attendance is what we would desire during progress, since we will very rarely push longer than the set raid times, but we do expect you to be available if ready, even if not on-line, be around on Raidcall or have someone that can call you within the guild. If you are gone for certain period of time or have other commitments, then your raidspot will go to a more active member, so activity is everything. If everyone is active, there is no problem over spots.Aiming for a 3raid day project, but on progress we will try and push for the extra bit, but it's not going to be pushed if people can't stay.Ofc this will slowly decrease after we have certain bosses on farm.

  • Skill: We are only looking to take in people that are both comfortable and confident at playing the game. Most people can play more than one character at a high level, and it's more about playing the game and not the character, using excuses as i don't play xyz will not stand well. Understanding raid mechanics and encounters will be a must, we will not spoon feed you information. Coming to raid well prepared is also a must.

  • Communication: Being a mute on TS is not acceptable. We expect you to listen and give feedback. Sorting sound settings out so you're not too loud and can listen clearly is also a must. There will be criticism at times. You are expected to handle it and move on, and not make a big deal of it, if you make a mistake that's fine, if your offered advice don't take it personally, just take on the chin and move on.

  • Connection: Says it all really, stable connection with a computer that can handle the latest upgrades to Wow. Persisting issues with connection/computer will result in your spit coming under fire or in extreme circumstances replacement will be considered.

If you did join the guild we are going to be spending a lot of time together, having a bad attitude outside of raids isn't going to help anyone and we expect you to be mature enough to help creating a drama-free guild. Most within our roster currently work,so you cannot expect others to push the time that you can if you are a student or unemployed.Creating a bad atmosphere because of this will not be tolerated, since anyway mostly the guild will be really active. On a final note,we are not arrogant or elitist, narrowminded people, but we just want to secure for our people, that they will only be playing with similar skilled and social enough same time players, that's why we are and will be very picky.Anyway, case you have any other questions feel free to contact Squidlips,Blacktotemx,Theadred,Worldié or Wezo.

      Hi!

We're looking for new members. Emerald Nightmare is done, and we have a couple of months til something new comes out. We'd like to try our hand at Mythic raiding. Not expecting to be a full clear super hardcore guild. Just to have some fun working on things together. This is a new venture for us, so we're open to applicants who also haven't had a chance to try mythic raiding.

Here's the long short of who we are as a guild. I'll try to keep it brief and to the point instead of endlessly listing our amazing achievements and trying to razzle dazzle you into joining our team.

We've been around in one form or another since Mid-TBC. We've been raiding solidly in our current state since early MoP, achieving all ahead of the curve achievements in both MoP and WoD. Our numbers dipped a bit (a lot) with the large player dropout that occured in WoD, but Legion is great and everything is on the up and up. We're back into our element..

Our guild is very social outside of raiding. We have a couple of marriages to speak of that spurred from the guild, long lasting friendships and all that candy coated stuff. We do a yearly (sometimes twice a year) real life meet up that we refer to as Minus Fifteencon. We have an active facebook group, and we hang out on mumble regularly outside of raids. So if thats your thing, I guess we have it!

We're looking for applicants that excel in whatever role it is they play. Someone who takes the game seriously, shows up on time, researches fights, has consumables, can take constructive criticism. We clear content efficiently and have fun doing so. Our focus is heroic level raiding, but we're now eager to have a god at Mythic raiding and start kicking butt in there.

We currently raid Tuesday/Thursday at 9 PM CST.
We're adding optional (but encouraged) scheduled events each Wednesday and Saturday for clearing as much Kara and Mythic plus as possible.

Our current needs are strictly for ranged DPS. One with a geared/able healer offspec would be perfect.

      High Need:
      Shadow Priest
      Warlock
      Hunter
      Moonkin

      Medium Need:
      Mage
      Elemental Shaman

      Contact:
      Dalthar/Segata (that's me) mmcleister#1115
      Cerwyn sueshi#1637
      Tiktiki Lyntiki#1261
      Kassak ZeroCaliber#1576

tl;dr: We're fun, we're pretty laid back, we're pretty good at the game, and we're recruiting a whole bunch of DPS.

      Almost Heroes - Area 52
      2 Night Raiding Guild / 8 Hours
      7/7H -> 5/7M -> 3/3N -> 2/3H
      Raid Times: (CST)
      Sunday: 9pm-1am
      Monday: 9pm-1am
      Formed in December 2015
HFC: 10/13M - US 1300, Realm 34 (3 raid weeks spent in Mythic)
      About Almost Heroes:
We believe in pushing content at a pace that is comfortable but still competitive. By the end of Nighthold, we intend to be sub US 200, and unlike most guilds that you will see in the recruitment forums, we are going to do what it takes to get there. When you join Almost Heroes, you can expect to fully clear each tier.
Our definition of hardcore raiding is making the most out of our time together. Since we only raid 8 hours each week, it is up to each member to come completely prepared for the fights that we'll be working on. Raiders are expected to be highly self-motivated, and willing to find out the latest theorycraft data on their classes. Raiders should always be pushing themselves to improve with each raid week, and should never be satisfied with their performance.
Every raider is required to have at least one raid-ready alt that they can play just as well as their main for split runs and/or better comp selections. Your alt must also cover the same role as your main. For example, healer/healer, tank/tank, etc.
Current Roster Needs for Emerald Nightmare:
      Ranged DPS:
      -Balance Druid
      -MM Hunter
      -Shadow Priest
All exceptional players are encouraged to apply regardless of what we're currently recruiting
      Recruitment:
We do not recruit for the bench, if your application is accepted it means that we believe that there is a spot that can be earned, unless we mention otherwise on your application.
All applications are handled on our website. When submitted, check back on it often, we'll be asking you questions and will follow up with you through it. Put time and effort on your application, it's our first (and often only) impression of you. Make it count!

<Toontown Refugees> (A, 7/7H, 3/3N) is a tight-knit guild looking to complete our Mythic roster. We're looking for a few great DPS (melee and ranged both, bonus for strong AOE and cleave specs), ilevel 860 and above. Our core players are longtime raiders, with a few of us having full Mythic clears of earlier expansion tiers. Most of us have been playing since BC, and we're looking to complete Mythic this expansion!
We raid Sunday from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (EST) and Monday from 8:15 to 12:00. All of us are adults and most of us have full-time jobs or classes, so we don't expect people to commit too much out-of-raid time for excessive preparation, but we do expect all raiders to bring their own flasks, food, potions and runes each night. We take the time we are raiding seriously, and want recruits who can stay focused on the task at hand and know how to perform well at their spec and role, so as to respect their fellow raiders' time. However, it is a video game in the end, and we try to keep fun in sight as we progress.
In addition, we have plenty of members who do high Mythic+s, PVP and achievement runs on a regular basis. We've got a dedicated Discord server and enough people (both progression raiders and more casual players) to always find a group for any activity you could think of.
If you're interested or want more information, contact me via Battle.net at KingCohort#1123 for a chat. Thanks for reading!
