Pvp and Pve

Hey, first sorry for my english.

I wanted to ask, what are the best stats for pvp? ( Mastery, Haste, Critical etc)

Or maybe its the same ? For pvp and pve ?

For example, i have 2 items, the only difference between them is, one has Mastery and the other Critical Strike, what do i choose?

For PvP, you cannot gear for it. You simply get the highest item level you can and then pre-determined stats are put onto your character when you enter a PvP environment.

But if you do that, then you're bad for pve ? Right?
