Frost DK Relic Choice?

I know Ambi>boots>HB damage but is there any information about how many ilvl a relic has to be increased by to merit replacing ambi? I've heard anything from 10 to 40, I can't find anything definitive though. Any sources?

I figure 10, no sources it's really like idk it's something that you just have to judge for you self.

There is a list out there, I can't pull it up now because I'm at work but it may be findable on Google. 

 

It assigns a score based on the skill and the +Ilvl amount. For example a relic that gives +43 ilvls but is a bad skill has a lower total score than an ambidexterity relic of +40 ilvls. I'll have to do some looking when I am back home, I may even have it saved.

Well, we need a Ambidext frost relic in raid i think :/ It's hard to get them from MM+10+ for 880Ilvl. (well, i never drooped one)

With the upcoming buffs to the helm and freezing fog should I be banking my blast radius relics? Will there ever be a situation where they'd out perform Ambi?
