I am curious as to how everyone plays their warlock.
Personally, I use a mixture of key binds and clicking. #'s 1-5 is my core rotation, while I click my major CDs.

warlock keybinding

I never actually touch my keyboard while raiding (unless to type something) as I use a Razer Nostromo.
the 3 buttons down the left are mapped to tab, alt and shift, the thumb button is mapped to ctrl-rt.
I have my actionbars on-screen set up to look like the nostromo layout. Actionbars 1,2 and3 are all in 3 rows (2 rows of 4 and a row of 3)
my main dps spells are on the main bar. when I press the 'alt' key, my actionbar changes to AoE spells (actionbar 2), and when I press 'shift' it changes to defensive and self healing spells (Actionbar 3).
All my single-target spells are macroed so that pressing the 'ctrl-rt' button casts the spell on my focus target. (IF I have a focus target - if I dont, it sets my current target as my focus and casts the spell on it)

This could be an interesting thread. . .
I started off slow with keybindings so everything's kind of all over the place.
Shift A - "CD" Macro - Trinkets and Dark Soul.
Shift R - Soulburn SS
Shift T - Haunt
T - Soulburn
Z - Seed of Corruption.
R - Hellfire.
1 - Drain Soul / 2 - MG 3 - Corruption 4 - UA 5 - Agony
F - Life Tap
G - Soulshatter
Shift G - Dark Bargain
I'm a clicker for everything else :-(

I only use the keyboard for movement, the tab button and the spacebar for jumping. For all else I use buttons on the action bar.

Yes, I do use all the buttons pretty frequent. If there are any extra questions please ask

E - Malefic Grasp
Q - Haunt
1 - Unstable Affliction
2 - Agony
3 - Corruption
4 - Fel Flame
5 - Fear
R - Drain Soul
SR - Twilight Ward
G - Life Tap
SE - Soul Burn
X - Soul swap
V - Soul Shatter
Z - Portal Use
SZ - Portal Summon
A2 - Soulstone
SC - Shadowfury (This is a changing keybind based on my talents)
AZ - Dark Soul
AT - Dark Bargain
SX - Saved for trinket use/macros
AC - Rain of Fire
AF - Focus mouseover macro
S5 - Doomguard
S4 - In raids this is Unending resolve, other times it's my flying mount
S1, S2, S3 - These are constantly changed. If I will have a focus target for the whole boss fight (Elegon, WoE), these are UA, Agony, Corr on focus target so I don't have to change targets to refresh dots. If I don't need to use focus macros, these are subject to change. S1 isn't used that much in that case, S2 is AV, S3 is Burning Rush. On gara'jal S1 is use extra action button macro.
SF - Command Demon
ST - Use Healthstone
Mouse 3 - DPS potion
SV - Currently Curse of Exhaustion, but I usually have a talent spell there.
I have a real problem with demo keybinds, mainly due to the fact that I simply don't have to use as many keybinds and this results in some difficulties, mainly empty keybinds. I keep the same abilities at the same binds, like corruption is always at 3. Demo only has one dot in one stance, so it's gotta be 3 for me. And I can't feel comfortable if I put something in 1 or 2, since it takes a couple tries for me to get used to the affliction keybinds after extensive demo playing.
My alt keybinds also revolve around these ideas so I don't get confused when I play my alts a lot for some time.

1 haunt
2 agony
3 corruption
4 unstable affliction
5 CoE
Shift + 1 Worgen racial sprint (don't remember the name)
Shift + 2 Symbiosis (odd place, but I can't use shift + 2 and w at the same time, so I always have something less important there)
Shift + 3 Soulburn
Shift + 4 Unending resolve
Shift + 5 90 talent if applicable
Q fel flame
E malefic grasp
R drain soul
R lifetap
F soul swap (ctrl+f soulburn soulswap)
G demonic circle: teleport
V SoC (ctrl+v soulburn SoC)
Shift + Q 30 talent, usually mortal coil
Shift + E Dark soul
Shift + R Drain life
Shift + T Command demon, usually shadow bulwark
Shift + F twilight ward
Shift +G demonic circle:summon
Shift + V rain of fire
F1 Potion of the jade serpent
F2 Doomguard
F3 Infernal
F4 Soulshatter
Mouse 5: healthstone
Ctrl+click: clique binding for soulstone on mouseover
§ Push to talk
Yes I know, my bindings are definitely odd, but they work for me, other things that I bind temporarily usually go on Z, X, C, G or B

Mouse Button 1 - Malefic Grasp
Moust Button 2 - Haunt
Little ` Button - SB+SS
1 - UA
2- Corr
3 - Agony
4 - DS
5 - SoC
I'm currently seeing what button is okay to keybind regular Soulburn to so I dont have to click it as much.
