Sadly, it's impossible to place multiple totems that have effects down at the same time, as placing a totem triggers the global cool down. The only way to put down multiple totems at the same time is with the minor glyph "Glyph of Totemic Encirclement", which will place unempowered totems that have 5 hp.

As slykoru already mentioned, there is no way to place all the totems together now because of GCD. Another reason - we don't have anymore 'buffing totems' that have to be placed constantly, but healing and utility totems with very different CDs and purposes. Frankly, I can't find the reason for resto shaman (for example) to drop together constantly HST, EGT, SET and Searing. They all have different durations, purposes and CDs.

So, the answer will still be 'No - there is no way and no reason to drop 4 totems from different schools constantly together'.

The only additional possibility you have now - to drop 2 totems of the same school (not including Fire) one after another (because of GCD) with the Totemic Persistence talent.
