Executie – Sargeras (A) 5/7N 1/7H is Recruiting!

Executie is a guild with raid experience dating back to TBC. We have many returning members, friends and veterans for this expansion and we are looking to recruit some top notch DPS to fill out our roster as we prepare for mythic content. We emphasize quality, focus, and efficiency when it comes to raiding. Our schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday 830-1130 PM CST. 

Our Current Needs
1-2 Warlocks
1-2 Shadow Priests
2 Hunters
1 Balance Druids
1 Rogue
1 Death Knight DPS

We are currently prioritizing ranged, but if you feel you are exceptional in your role, do not hesitate to ask for a trial run. 

What We Expect From You

Raid Preparation – Consumables and Encounter Strategies.
Raid Experience – While not absolutely required, it will definitely help you.
Skill – We expect our DPS to be pushing the extent of their gear and putting up respectable numbers.
Gear – We expect those interested to have invested time into the gear they already have. 630 iLevel is easy enough to obtain, but it's the little extra effort we are looking for. 

What You Can Expect From Us

Progressive Boss Kills – Our core team is preparing to launch fully into heroic Highmaul.
Fair Loot System – We run a council system. Loot is given evenly to maximize benefit to the raid.
Environment – We are laid back, but focused. Many of us have played many different classes at an end game level and are happy to share our knowledge and experience.

The Process

There is an interview in mumble with one or two officers and a trial run, so bring your A game. Do not expect to receive loot during your trial.
