It’s time to see the new Mythic+ spec situation! The new patch brought plenty of changes, which you can check out here, so what’s changed for the top secs in our tier list? You’ll notice a new category in the list, with a Physical damage composition, right between the S and A+ tiers, as the setup is doing really well in the new patch.
